President Orders Flags to Half-Staff 

CONCORD - President Obama has issued a proclamation ordering the
immediate lowering of flags on all public buildings and grounds to
half-staff in honor of U.S. Senator Daniel Inouye of Hawaii until
sunset on the day of his burial.
