The Sullivan County Delegation will hold a special meeting on Tues. Nov. 5 at 6 pm in Valley Regional Hospital’s Buckley Conference Room in Claremont. The main purpose of this special meeting is to discuss Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield’s recent decision to exclude Valley Regional from the health insurer’s approved network of health care providers, and possible legislative remedies. Valley Regional CEO Peter Wright has requested this evening meeting at the hospital so that he and his staff may discuss this exclusion before the start of the special legislative session on Nov. 7.
