Flags to Half-Staff Until Friday, September 20, in Honor of
Washington, DC, Navy Yard Shooting Victims

CONCORD – President Obama has issued a proclamation ordering the
lowering of flags on all public buildings and grounds to half-staff
until sunset, Friday, September 20, as a mark of respect for the
victims of today’s shootings at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC.
