On Tuesday, July 5th Governor Sununu announced the application process for the InvestNH Housing Fund will begin as early as next Monday, July 11th. The $100 million dollar investment, as approved by the Executive Council, will offer funds to developers, both nonprofit and for profit, and small landlords who have projects that will increase affordable workforce housing in the state. The fund will also provide grants to communities to approve these projects, to update or review zoning, and to demolish dilapidated buildings.
